This is a unique Gemini zodiac sign tattoo cover up. The bottom was originally a pot leaf and she had it covered up with the lotus as well as the clouds and the Gemini symbol. Looks great, and fits on the calf well. The tattoo seems to match her shoes as well which is pretty cool.
